You are always welcome to visit or call during the day,
and when you pick up your child they will have all of the day's
activity in their Activity Folder.

Will my child be challenged academically at
CBPSA?
|

I want to know that he is prepared for elementary school. At
Creative Beginnings, we think the best academic preparation is to
encourage your child’s enthusiasm for learning. Teachers who have a
keen interest in your child’s success create lesson plans based on
Creative Beginnings' Guidelines and monthly themes. By providing
individual attention in a small group setting, Creative Beginnings'
teachers nurture each child’s confidence. Learning to ask questions,
discovering cause and effect, negotiating fair play, and making new
friends are all scholastic building blocks at Creative Beginnings
Pre-School Academy.

What security measures are taken when
releasing children? |
|
Creative Beginnings is concern about your child's safety
and security. While in school, all doors are locked and while
outside, we have a large fenced outside playground with supervised
activities.
As a part of our
quality assurance and security, we and the State of Georgia require
that all children must be signed-in and signed-out. Furthermore,
only a parent or guardian can pick-up the child. In the event that
the parent or guardian is unable to pick-up the child, the child
WILL ONLY BE RELEASED to a DOCUMENTED PRE-AUTHORIZED alternate
caregiver who presents two forms of identification (one must be a
picture ID) and signs a release form.

(3); Private Pre-K (4); Private Kindergarten (5)

your hours? |
The Academy is open from 7:30am to 4:00pm Mon-Fri.
We follow the Fulton County School System's schedule. |

Where are you located? |
|
3450 Enon Road in Southwest Atlanta/South Fulton County.
Enon Road is located directly off of Camp Creek Parkway and also,
off Stonewall Tell Road.

Do you require Immunization Records? |
|
Yes, upon registration, we are required, by the State of
Georgia to receive and keep a copy of immunization records of all
children in our care. Please note that it is the responsibility of
parents and/or guardians to keep the records current.

Teacher to Student ratio? |
| Unlike other programs, Creative Beginnings ratio is 2
to12. |

What is your curriculum? |
|
We create an environment and provide materials that
enable children to develop theories and answer questions in all
areas of development. We provide broad topics to be explored and
read the cues of the children to determine the direction to go and
the depth of the exploration. We are incorporate the skills and
knowledge needed for a successful transition into the school system.

| Do
the children wear uniforms? |
|
Yes,
the
school uniform is Khaki pants or Skirt with a polo style shirt that
has Creative Beginnings Pre-School Academy Logo on it. Shirts
may be purchase at the beginning of the school year. |

children go outside? |
| Weather permitting,
children go outside daily for 30 minutes. We have a
playground and our private, fenced play yard provide a variety of
outdoor activities. |

you provide food for the children? |
| As a member of the
Quality Care for Children Food Program, your child will receive
a nutritious Breakfast, Lunch and Snack.
